Bowling
Bowling is a recreational activity that requires precision. It is practiced in a room with a slippery parquet floor. The main elements of the game are the target (ten pins placed 59-65 feet [18-20 meters] from the player), the bowling ball and the lane (a strip of parquet floor about 82 feet [25 meters] long and three feet [almost one meter] wide) that separates the player from the target.

Bowling is a recreational activity that can be enjoyed by all generations. Children as young as seven or eight years old can participate in this entertaining activity. The light weight of the bowling ball (between 6 and 11 pounds [3 and 5 kilograms]) makes it also suitable for adults and senior players. In the existing facilities in Lanzarote it is common to see a family, both parents and children, playing a game together.
