Lilium just moved to Arrecife. The restaurant, led by Orlando Ortega, maintains the line that has been at this restaurant as one of the revelations of the field of gastronomy Lanzarote. José Antonio street in the capital, the new site has gained in currency. Without fanfare and with great simplicity has created an enchanting atmosphere. We call attention to the different shapes and colors of the walls of the classroom, in small little details that intertwine decorative wine world. Lilium gastronomic bet unfolds in the incoming and exploit traditional products Lanzarote. May be accompanied by foie gras and port sauce, confit with sweet and sour sauce or grilled. With the exception of the womb, these pieces are missing the strength of its natural flavor. As for fish, Lilium offers daily fresh seasonal pieces. Especially delicious dishes are tuna and tuna belly.

The wine list receives a special effort from home for enrichment. There are over 20 Riojas and Ribera del Duero available. The price is a little above the quality offered. Very curious as to highlight is the provision of wine, in view of the clientele, which nicely complements the decor of the room.

The service is the outstanding. Atentísimos and very pleasant. A point clearly be improved is the waiting time once selected dishes of starters and between them and the main menu. The pastry is varied and correct.
