Hespérides (Teguise)

El Monumento al Campesino (San Bartolomé)

El Monumento al Campesino is an artistic tribute of César Manrique to the farmers and stockbreeders of Lanzarote. In its building, an old house located at the foot of Manrique’s sculpture. This is one of the best places to enjoy traditional Canary Island tapas.

Nino’s Tavern (Puerto del Carmen)

Los Conejeros Beach (Playa Honda)

Los Lechoncitos (Conil)

The menu offers a wide variety of tapas and larger dishes to share. We can open up our appetite with the popular Canary potato dish known as papas arrugadas and local cheeses, both cured and semi-cured. The salpicón de atún, which is a kind of tuna salad is passable; the grilled octopus is not great; the chipirones, or small squids, are tasty and cooked to perfection.

Los Conejeros (Arrecife)

Los Conejeros is one of the most visited places for tapas in Arrecife. The place has an Antique décor, with somewhat shabby furniture, and it incorporates a multitude of items from the Lanzarote agricultural world in the main room. It is advisable to reserve a table at this restaurant, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Their use of traditional products has achieved graceful and reasonably priced dishes.
