The incorporation of the circuit Wine Museum gastronomic capital is welcome news. Mainly for the rehabilitation of an old historic mansion Reef. Located between Calle Real and El Charco de San Ginés, the vast building was renovated with intelligence. The house hosts two large rooms and a comfortable room tapas. Decorated simply highlights the red color that fits with the elegant wood profiles of their equipment and furnishings. In short, a very nice rustic atmosphere to chat with spikes and varied wines. The stay would be rounded in every sense if the house chose to replace the background music of the top 40 on the other more in line with his distinguished figure.
Cooking with Wine Museum covers not surprising, although it works correctly and agility. Some simple spikes croquettes, crab salad or appetizer we can build with some Iberian or premium cheese. The home offers medium and very substantial portions with good value for money.
In our opinion the plugs are made of monkfish or grouper and homemade croquettes. The menu is complemented with meatballs, salad, octopus, tuna salad, anchovies, fish fritters, pork and beef carajacas. The dishes are grateful that we chose the well diversified half rations and tastings. The wine list is complete, but the name of the bar, we expected a more varied selection.
Wine Museum extends its letter to a dinner most shocking. In this way we can combine tapas with a more substantial dish. The house specialty is the shoulder and lamb chops, goat and fried veal shank. It also incorporates a wide assortment of fresh seafood: Zamburiñas, scallops, prawns, razor clams, oysters, crayfish…
A few homemade desserts make up the desktop menu, which is attached a complete list of Nestle ice cream and candy. As the kitchen, the service is fast. It is also close, attentive and pleasant. Overall, Wine Museum has a good value for money. Its strategic location, friendly atmosphere and proper kitchen make it an ideal place for tapas. Solo, couples or friends.
