Yaiza Extremo Sur 2025 (November 23): MTB & Gravel in Lanzarote’s volcanic south
The Yaiza Extremo Sur 2025 returns on November 23 as one of the most demanding and scenic MTB and gravel challenges in the Canary Islands. Organized by Cronoline Eventos together with the Town Council of Yaiza and the Lanzarote Island Council, the event takes riders through volcanic landscapes, fast tracks and technical sections in the south of the island.
This year brings a major upgrade: the Gravel 100K is the official Canary Islands Championship, and the MTB distances score for the Inter-Island Cup Fuerteventura–Lanzarote.

Practical tips
- Arrive early — Playa Blanca can be busy on weekends.
- Wind conditions can vary in November; expect exposed areas.
- Recommended tires: mixed or fast-rolling for gravel, 2.20–2.35 for MTB.
