From the shelter of the Faro de Pechiguera emerges the lovely Heredad Kamezí estate. 35 beachfront villas that as a whole, transmit serenity, calm, tranquility, and relaxation. Each spacious villa has its own architectural characteristics with the clear influence of Lanzarote’s own celebrated artist Cesar Manrique, directed at maximizing guests’ enjoyment and taking full advantage of natural resources. The use of solar panels and the absence of air conditioning are two clear examples of the eco-friendly atmosphere at the development. Its distribution of two, three, or four bedrooms and its affordable rates make Kamezí an ideal place for rest and family fun, or to get together with groups of friends. The villas have an ample terrace that is equipped with rustic furniture and a grill, which connects to a small private pool surrounded by grassy areas and gardens. This picturesque area also includes hammocks, perfect for reading and relaxation. The pools have various depths designed with the whole family in mind and many of them are equipped with heat pumps.

As was mentioned earlier, the villas have two, three, or four bedrooms that are distributed on one or two floors. They also offer up to three bathrooms, one of which features a hydro-therapy bathtub. Every corner of the house is equipped with a wide range of complements. The lovely dining room has DSL connection, satellite television, and DVD player. This area connects to the kitchen and outside areas.

The atmosphere at Kamezí corresponds to the calm, quiet environment of the estate. With access to the shores of Playa Blanca, guests are able to enjoy a refreshing morning walk accompanied by a swim in the small cove outside the villa. Another possibility is going for a relaxing fishing session in the nearby sea. There are many options for leisure activities in the tourist center of Playa Blanca.

Guests can listen to good music in the luxurious jazz club Cuatro Lunas, enjoy the nightlife at Café del Mar, Marea or Jungle’s, or enjoy the wide selection of culinary options at the local restaurants, all of which enrich their stay at Kamezí. However, you’ll find that the comfortable terraces in the villas, together with the magical nights of Lanzarote, make the estate the most appealing place to spend your free time. Guests will have a hard time finding a reason to leave the villa when they can enjoy a fresh salad or vegetables with cuts of meat prepared on the personal barbeque grill, accompanied by a glass of good wine.
