Canarias Jazz & Más 2026 in Lanzarote & La Graciosa
The biggest jazz festival in the Canary Islands returns in July, and Lanzarote has its place on the bill. Canarias Jazz & Más 2026 holds its 35th edition from July 3 to 25, touring all eight islands with close to 60 concerts — and the Las Palmas province kicks off, fittingly, on La Graciosa.

Canarias Jazz & Más on La Graciosa
The festival opens its program on the eighth island on Friday, July 3: Gran Canarian singer-songwriter Lajalada (the personal project of Belén A. Doreste) plays the Caleta del Sebo quay at 9:00 pm, with free admission. Her work crosses singer-songwriter craft, folk, and electronica in a live set built in real time, with voice, percussion, and keyboard. The setting is hard to beat: jazz by the sea, on the quay of a village with no paved roads, Lanzarote across the strait.
A festival across all eight islands
Founded in 1992, Canarias Jazz & Más is one of the archipelago’s most established cultural events. This edition brings together 31 musical projects from 16 nationalities — close to 220 musicians — across theaters, auditoriums, halls, and squares on all eight islands. The lineup mixes major international names with the best Canarian talent: the marquee event is Britain’s Jacob Collier with the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra, but the program runs through figures like Roberto Fonseca, José James, the Yellowjackets, and Hamilton de Holanda, alongside top island projects.
Many of the concerts are free and open-air, one of the festival’s hallmarks: top-tier music in public spaces, with no barrier to entry.
