Navilan Arrecife 2025–2026: Christmas fair with Ferris wheel

Navilan Arrecife 2025–2026 is now open. The third edition of Lanzarote’s most iconic Christmas fair opened on Monday 15 December (two days later than planned due to Storm Emilia) and will remain open until 5 January 2026. This year features a 32-metre Ferris wheel, ice rink, giant toboggan, igloo with snow and 22 craft and food stalls.
What is Navilan Arrecife 2025–2026
Navilan is Arrecife’s flagship Christmas fair and one of the most popular family events in the Canary Islands each December. Every edition draws thousands of residents and visitors with illuminated attractions, children’s experiences, daily shows and a festive atmosphere perfect for enjoying Christmas in the heart of the capital.
The fair is located at the Solar de Ginory, next to the Charco de San Ginés, just a few minutes’ walk from the shopping area and seafront promenade. This year the fair coincides with the celebration of the 225th anniversary of the founding of Arrecife.

Attractions and family activities
32-metre panoramic Ferris wheel
The star attraction of Navilan offers spectacular panoramic views of Arrecife lit up for Christmas. Especially recommended at night.
Ice rink
One of the most popular activities for children and teenagers. The ice skating rink operates throughout the fair’s opening hours.
Snow zone
- Giant toboggan (Aero Santa): slide down on inflatable sledges.
- Magic igloo: a space where little ones can enjoy a winter experience with constant snow.
Christmas market
22 decorated stalls selling local crafts, toys, souvenirs and food: crepes, churros, Christmas sweets and fast food.
Shows and entertainment
Daily programme of entertainment and shows for all ages, with special activities for children and surprises throughout the season.

- Entry to the fairground: free.
- Attractions: each attraction has an individual price.
Inclusive day (26 December)
On Thursday 26 December, a special inclusive opening takes place, designed so that everyone can enjoy Navilan’s attractions, activities and facilities. During certain hours, attractions operate without loud music or intense lights, and adapted access is guaranteed for people with reduced mobility.
Practical tips for families
- Go early: the Ferris wheel and ice rink tend to fill up from around 7:00 pm, especially at weekends.
- Parking: nearby areas around the Cabildo, El Reducto beach and streets close to Charco de San Ginés. At weekends it’s best to arrive early.
- Public transport: bus lines stop in Arrecife town centre.
- Comfortable shoes: the fairground is large and you’ll walk quite a bit between attractions and stalls.
- Photos: the illuminated Ferris wheel at night is one of the best spots for Christmas photos in Lanzarote.
- Combine activities: Navilan is just a few minutes’ walk from Charco de San Ginés, the Recova Municipal market and the seafront promenade—perfect for completing the afternoon.
